Day 1: Marrakech – Ouarzazate – Dades Gorge

At 8 o’clock in the morning we start our tour picking up our clients in their Riad or Hotel.

Departure from Marrakech towards the Dades Gorges, crossing the High Atlas,

Time to make coffee or tea and continue our journey to the Dades Gorges where we will stay, enjoy dinner and spend the night.

Day 2: Dades Gorge – Todra Gorge – Desert

After breakfast we continue our route to the Todra Valley until we reach its spectacular gorges, the highest in all of Morocco.

Time to walk along the river and get carried away by a wonderful landscape.

We continue the route in 4×4 until we reach the palm groves of Jorf.

We will make a stop to visit a very old irrigation system, the canals are underground and were used by the townspeople to take the water to their palm trees and orchards.

It passes through the small town of Erfoud, known for being the capital of mineralized fossils.

In the afternoon we will reach the desert of Merzouga., Where a caravan of dromedaries awaits us that will take us to the impressive dunes of Erg Chebbi and we will be able to enjoy the beauty of the desert and its implacable silence that leaves no one indifferent.

We arrive at the camp where we will enjoy dinner and a magical night under a wonderful blanket of stars.

Day 3: Desert – Alinf – Ait Ouaazik – Agdez

Day to get up early and enjoy a spectacular sunrise in the desert. Time for breakfast and then we will return taking a walk with the dromedaries until we reach the hostel where we can take a shower and resume our way to Alinf, where we can stop for a while to have tea or coffee and
use the bathroom. Then we will stop to see fossil stones from millions of years ago.

Then we will stop for lunch passing through Tazarin. We will stop again at Ait Ouaazik, the best place in all of Morocco where to see fossil stones. We continue our way to Agdez where we will have dinner and spend the night.

Day 4: Agdez – Tinzoulin – Zagora – Tamgrot – Erg Lihodi

After breakfast we will continue our route through the Draa Valley which is the longest in Morocco, 120 km of palm trees and more than 1000 km of river. We will make a stop near a very large Kasbah to have a drink and visit it. We will continue to the town of Tinzoulin where we will take a path to visit another place to see petroglyphs. Then we will continue to Zagora to have lunch. We will continue our route to Tamagros, the town of the Siramika of southern Morocco, where we will stop to visit it. Then we will continue to our jaimas camp where we will spend the night.

Day 5: Erg Lihodi – M’ahamed – Erg Chegaga

Very chill day in which after enjoying breakfast, we will continue our route to M’ahamed, a very old town, where we can visit it. We will continue our way to the Erg Chegaga desert, passing through an oasis before reaching the dunes, where we will spend the night enjoying the desert and its spectacular silence.

Day 6: Erg Chagaga – Famazgit – Tata

After breakfast we will start our route driving about 90 km through Sahara, over the stony desert “Reg” and “Hammada” and across the lake, which is now dry, then we can look for fossils. At the edge of the desert in Foum Zguid, we will turn west taking a paved road to Tata. This was the old route used by the caravans between Algeria and Zagora, passing through oasis and the Jebal Bani Mountains, which gives a special touch to the Anti Atlas of Tata. It is very worth the Kasbah and the Smile Museum. Arrival and accommodation in Tata.

Day 7: Akka – Tata

As always after breakfast, we can enjoy the whole day to explore rock art sites, such as Oum Laleg, Oued Mestakou and Tiggene. All three are located very close to each other in the Tata Valley. For lunch we can stop somewhere beautiful along the way and have a picnic in an oasis. In the afternoon we will continue our road southwest towards Akka,
where we can enjoy more Neolithic graveries in a very special enclave along a spectacular ridge. Return to Tata. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 8: Tata – Middle Atlas – Taroudant

After breakfast, we start our route to Taroudant. We will pass through places to continue watching petroglyphs while recording the Middle Atlas, being able to make stops to take spectacular panoramic photos. At noon we will stop for lunch. We will continue our way until we reach Taroudant, where we will have dinner and spend the night.

Day 9: Taroudant – Grand Atlas – Marrakech

After breakfast we start our route to Marrakech. We will pass through a small pass in the High Atlas Mountains, the Tizi-n-Test, located at 2093 meters above sea level, being able to take fantastic panoramic photos taking advantage of the stops along the way. Then we can visit The Tinmal Mosque, located about 100 km from Marrakech and built around 1153. Stop for lunch. Then we will continue our way until we reach Marrakech, where we will end our route accompanying you to your hotel or rihad where you will be staying.
